P-SL Welding machine

The PRIALTEX welding machine is designed to weld several types of plastic films and it is available in various working heights and in various configurations.

The machinery shown in the pictures produces polypropylene bags and has the following configuration:

• Doubling triangle

• Feeder including a rubberised calender with manually adjustable gap for material passage and double path dancer made with aluminum rollers.

• Welding and transversal cutting unit including a rubberised calender with manually adjustable gap for material passage; this unit includes two pairs of annealed iron welding bars (welding temperature and welding time adjustment directly set from the touch screen); two different working modes are possible: in the first one both pairs of welders are used and the cut is made by a pneumatically moving blade, while, in the second mode, just one pair of welders is used and the material cut is made by a hot wire.

• Extraction belt. In case of cleaning or maintenance it can be pneumatically moved over tracks fixed to the ground.

• Table for alignment and exchange. 

• Automatic sewing group on both sides of the bag

• Gripping hand for bags stacking and depositing on the warehouse belt.

Other configurations are of course possible and include double doubling triangle, longitudinal welders, stacker belt etc.
