P-TG Cutting machine

Description:

This machine is designed to cut plastics films (longitudinally and transversely). It can be made in various working heights, from 600mm up to 2000mm.
In the line represented in the picture you can find:

• rolls unwinder with five places.

• Introduction including stainless steel bar brake (its position is adjustable even during machine running) and idle rollers.

• Transversal cutting machine including:

• a pulling calender with a pair of rubberised rollers (the gap for products passage is manually adjustable).

• eight rotating blades for longitudinal cutting (a millimeter scale and indicators attached to the blade groups allow precise and fast adjustment of the cutting widths).

• transversal cutting blade (the contrast of the transversal blade is manufactured so that it can be easily dismantled and cleaned in case of need).

• pins: they are guided by double tempered bushes with reduced length and stroke to improve their stiffness.

• high power blower feeded by its own fan and complete with flexible pipes, diffusers and valve for direct discharge.
• Extraction belt 3000mm long (other lengths are also available). This belt can be made fixed or tilting at the exit up to a height of 600mm from the ground.
