High speed J-box

J-boxes are typically used for the fabric accumulation because of their large capacity and the little space required.

They are typically supplied complete with a feeding unit, an anti-static bar, a special beater roller, a dancer for synchronization, a pneumatic tensioner (that automatically switches on when the j-box is in operation), a frame for the fabric stretching and, finally, a fabric centering and guiding group.

The shape of the chute and its special ribbing allow to maintain maximum control over the fabric accumulation.

In the photo on the side,  a J-box with a large content capacity (up to 800m) is shown: it is used by the KLOPMAN company at the entry and the exit of BRÜCKNER and KUSTERS lines: it allows to reach recovery speeds of 220 m/min and the configuration and technical solutions adopted are specifically designed to operate at these speeds, minimizing noise and air movement.
